What a cunt this bloke really is, right up there with the most hateful ex-players that seemingly have a chip about West Ham United on their shoulders.
He stated that Reid playacted yesterday when Schweinsteiger blatantly assaulted him on the pitch with an elbow to the throat.
“The way Winston Reid goes down is almost a disgrace,” said the former England international on BBC Final Score. “I’d be embarrassed if I went down like that. Remember the wrestling that used to be on on Saturdays? It was like that.”
Bastian Schweinsteiger has been charged for an alleged act of violent conduct by the FA which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.
The Manchester United midfielder was involved in an incident with West Ham United’s Winston Reid in the 40th minute of the game on Saturday 5th December 2015.
The matter was referred to a panel of three former elite referees who each reviewed the video footage independently of one another to determine whether they considered it a sending-off offence.
For an FA charge to follow the decision by the panel must be unanimous.
The player has until 12 noon on Thursday 10th December 2015 to reply to the charge.

Agree with Ludo. We get no benefit from his ban and also lost the opportunity to play against 10 men because Clattenberg is incompetant and got it wrong.
Should miss the next game v us. Only issue with that is what if he was lnjured for that game? Would we know if he was or not in any case though?

Fellaini's was far, far worse, and he has form for the same kind of thing.
Sooner or later, he's going to seriously injure someone. When he does, I hope Clattenburg has a good look at himself.

I not worried if their next three oppos are helped by this, or at least two of the three. Bournemouth and Norwich. Hope man u lose both. The third team is Stoke, which might go against us. Hopefully we can pull a few results out of the bag and not worry about Stoke winning too.

I don't think a ban is appropriate.
I think he should be made to play the rest of the season wearing lederhosen and one of those stupid german hats. He should be forced to carry out all the post match interviews in a yodelling style.

FWIW I didn' think it was THAT bad, as it was more like a shove as opposed to a swing, so I'm a bit surprised with this. Fellaini's was worse, so where is the logic? If anything this decision just makes you feel worse as the law is stating we should have been playing against ten men.
Keown was hardly the only one who says it wasn't a red, or is everything angry with him because he had a dig at Reid? The pundits I had for the game were unamimous that is wasn't a red, one of them was Stuart Pearce. Mind you, I suppose he would say that!

"Clatts" as he likes to be called, didn't even give us a free kick. The ball went out for a goal kick and he made them retake it. He didn't blow his whistle to stop the shoving before the kick was taken either I don't think.
